Emerald started from a simple frustration: the best help is almost never one-size-fits-all, but most firms are built to sell one thing. So a real problem gets bent to fit whatever the firm happens to do.
We flipped it. Instead of leading with a service, we lead with the problem — then bring the right mix of AI, software, and strategy to actually solve it. Each capability lives in a focused branch; the branches combine when a problem spans more than one.
We're early, we're our own first customers, and we build accordingly: fast, in the open, and honest about what's worth doing. As new problems cluster, new branches get added. The mission stays the same.

A computer science student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Nicolas is a full-stack and systems engineer who builds production-grade AI agents on a modern, security-first stack — Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and the Anthropic and OpenAI APIs — with CI/CD and a per-pull-request security gate built in from day one. He also runs faculty-led computer-vision research on real-time rip-current detection.
