Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Emerald Solutions (“Emerald,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through this marketing website (the “Site”). It covers the Site only. When we deliver a product or client engagement, a separate agreement and, where applicable, a Data Processing Agreement governs how we handle data on a client's behalf.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us.When you submit our contact or “Build with us” form, we collect your name, email address, optional company, and the message you send. If you email us, we receive whatever you include.
Information collected automatically. We use privacy-friendly product analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate Site usage, such as pages viewed and general device or region information. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this Site.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your message and evaluate whether we're a fit to work together;
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are your consent (when you submit a form), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site), and legal obligation.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and receive form submissions on our behalf — currently our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our internal messaging tool (Slack) — and where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
4. Data retention
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to follow up and maintain our records, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.
5. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and reputable providers — to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR/UK GDPR and California's CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email us at emeraldsolutions2026@gmail.com. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
7. Cookies & tracking
The Site aims to keep tracking minimal. Our analytics are designed to avoid intrusive cross-site tracking. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
8. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
